Strength Coaching
Erin has been coaching since 2016. She is knowledgeable in supporting women through the challenges of staying active during pregnancy and coming back to movement during the postpartum period. She knows first hand the trials of new motherhood and is ardent to support women on their road to lifelong athleticism.
Erin has been a strengh athlete since 2012 and hold multiple world records and national titles. Her favorite lift is the squat with an all time best squat of 565lbs!! Alongside powerlifting she enjoys throwing in the The Highland Games and dabbling in CrossFit.
Personal Training
I specilize in strengh training during pregnancy and the postpartum period. In person, personal training out of Next Level Barbell in Oak Grove, Or. Sessions are 60 minutes long with a focus on pelvic floor health, abdominal strenght, and barbell training.
