Birth Doula Services

During your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum I strive to provide individualized, relationship based care as I walk next to you and your partner during your birthing year. I will offer wisdom and encouragement to help you feel empowered to your transition into parenthood.

  • Relaxed, no obligation meet-and-greet to answer questions regarding doula care. This complimentary consultation takes place via Zoom.

  • Up to 28th week of pregnancy

    This meeting allows for us to meet in person early in your pregnancy before our more formal prenatal appointments.

  • 32nd and 36th week of pregnancy

    Prenatal visits will happen in the comfort of your own home. We will discuss your birth preferences, comfort techniques for labor, partner support, what to expect throughout labor, birth and the immediate postpartum. We will also talk through postpartum planning to help set you up for success once baby is home.

    These visits provide the opportunity for us to build a relationship, ensuring that you and your partner feel comfortable, informed and supported as we prepare to welcome your baby.

  • 38 weeks to birth

    I will be on call and available 24/7 until your baby is born. During this time I’m prepared to join you when your labor begins providing guidance, reassurance, and hands on care throughout your birthing time.

  • When it is time for me to join you I can meet you at your home or at your birthing location. I provide continuous physical, emotional, and informational support, helping you feel safe, confident, and empowered every step of the way.

    Throughout your labor I offer comfort measure techniques, partner support, encouragement, postitional changes, advocacy support, and evidence based information to help you make informed and empowered choices throughout your laboring time.

    After birth, I will contiue to support you as your baby transitions into the world. These options include supporting the golden hour, taking photos, and initiating breastfeed. I typically stay with you for 1-2 hours after delivery.

  • Investment of $750

    Birth doula clients recieve a discount on professional birth photography. Labor is a life changing experience, I help capture the special moments, artfully edited and a curated gallery of documentary style photos to enjoy for a lifetime.

    As a doula of many years I am able to seemlessly move through your birthing space providing hands on doula support and capturing the moments as your birth story unfolds.

  • Two weeks post birth

    During this home visit we will refelect and process your birth experience, and assess how you and your baby are adjusting to newborn life, as well as address any questions or concerns you may have.

    I can provide lactation support, offer guidance on newborn care, postpartum healing and mental health support.

    Unlimited call/text/email support continues into the postpartum period.

    A second postpartum appointment at six weeks is optional. At home or a local coffee shop we can talk through your birth experience, navigate parenthood, and address questions you may have as your baby grows.
