Birth Doula
Pregnancy
· We will meet at least twice during your pregnancy. Prenatal appointments are held in your home. We will discuss your birth preferences, how to write a birth plan, coping skills and techniques, as well as how to prepare for the postpartum period.
· I am passionate about education and I believe that knowledge can help settle the anxiety that often accompanies pregnancy. My goal during the prenatal period is to help you feel empowered, educated, and well supported as you prepare for your birth.
Labor, Delivery, and immediate postpartum
When your birthing time comes, I provide continuous labor support. Birth support can start at your home or your birthing space. Doula support includes physical comfort measures (massage and positioning), emotional support, partner support, and advocacy as you navigate your birth experience.
After baby is born I provide one to two hours of postpartum support; helping initiate breastfeed, helping you get cozied in, and most importantly admiring the beautiful baby you brough into the world!
Postpartum
I will come to your home around 1 week and 6 weeks of baby’s life to check in and provide support. We’ll chat about postpartum healing, mental health, caring for your baby, and processing your birth experience.
I love being a continued resource and welcome questions, concerns, and baby pictures! If you are finding you’re wanting additional support, I am also a postpartum doula. I am happy to talk more about postpartum care. Psst. cooking, laundry, and snuggling baby while you nap are included!

On-call from 38 weeks until the birth of baby.
My birth bag of goodies which includes The CUB, a Birth sling, TENS unit, aromatherapy, a rebozo, and much much more!
1-2 hour of initial postpartum support after baby’s birth.
2 postpartum visits
I can bill insurance, Carrott Fertility, OEBB/PEBB, and OHP. If you need a sliding scale, please let me know. I am happy to make a plan that works for you.

Everything that is included in the birth doula package.
A fully edited gallery of professional birth photographs. Including 2 hours of photos during the golden hour; the golden hour, breastfeeding, partner skin to skin, and newborn assessment.
Additional time during the postpartum at an additional cost.
Discounts on fresh 48 and newborn photography.
